Welcome to the Apax Concrete & Paving Expert’s Pricing Calculator. Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before using our pricing calculator. By accessing or using this tool, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use the calculator.
1. Estimate Only – Not a Final Quote
The pricing calculator provided on this website is intended solely as a preliminary estimate tool. The figures generated by this calculator are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal offer, contract, or binding quotation from Apax Concrete & Paving Expert’s.
All prices are estimates based on limited information entered by the user and do not reflect the final cost of services or projects.
2. Non-Binding Nature
Apax Concrete & Paving Expert’s shall not be held liable or responsible for honoring or committing to any price calculated or displayed using this tool. The final price of any service will be determined only after an in-person site assessment, inspection, and written proposal from our team.
3. Scope Limitation
This pricing calculator is strictly limited to concrete and paving services related to driveways and sidewalks. It does not include any of the following items:
Steps or staircases
Landings
Ramps
Decorative finishes
Retaining walls
Curbing
Drainage systems
Excavation beyond standard grading
Additional structures, materials, complexities, or project-specific elements will be quoted separately, and additional costs will apply.
4. Subject to Change
Even for driveway and sidewalk projects, pricing is subject to change based on:
Site conditions
Access issues
Permitting or regulatory requirements
Unexpected underground obstructions or utility conflicts
Market fluctuations in material or labor costs
Apax Concrete & Paving Expert’s reserves the right to revise or withdraw any estimate at any time without notice.
5. No Guarantee of Service
Use of this pricing calculator does not guarantee or imply the availability of services, nor does it guarantee scheduling, timeline, or acceptance of a project. Apax Concrete & Paving Expert’s retains full discretion to accept or decline any project request.
6. Changes to Terms
